Provision of renovation and finishing services by Bezpieczny Remont Sp. z o.o.

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms set out the rules for providing renovation and finishing services by Bezpieczny Remont Sp. z o.o., registered at Aleja Powstania Warszawskiego 15, 31-539 Kraków, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 6762583871, Company ID (REGON) 386747352 ("Contractor"), via the bezpiecznyremont.pl website ("Website").

1.2 Terms used in these Terms of Service mean:

• Client – an individual or entity ordering a renovation or finishing service;
• Service – renovation, finishing, installation or turnkey finishing services provided by the Contractor;
• Contract – an individual agreement for renovation services entered into separately with the Client.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 The Contractor provides services including apartment and house renovations, turnkey finishing, electrical and plumbing installations, tiling, painting, and installation of doors, flooring and fixtures.

2.2 The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed individually in a separate Contract with the Client, following a free consultation and preparation of a quote.

3. How We Work Together

3.1 Cooperation proceeds through the following stages:

1. free consultation to understand the Client's needs;
2. preparation of an individual quote based on the information or project provided;
3. signing a Contract specifying the scope of work, timeline and fixed price;
4. carrying out the work according to the agreed schedule;
5. handover of the finished interior together with the warranty.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 The quote provided to the Client is individual and reflects the scope of work determined from the information or project provided.

4.2 The final price is set in the Contract and remains fixed throughout the project, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing (e.g. if the Client requests a change in scope).

4.3 Payment terms (including any deposits and payment schedule) are specified individually in the Contract.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 The Contractor provides a 3-year warranty on completed work, on terms specified in detail in the Contract.

5.2 Every project is covered by liability insurance up to 4,000,000 zł.

5.3 The Contractor is not liable for delays or defects caused by the Client or third parties unrelated to the Contractor.

6. Materials

6.1 As part of the service, the Contractor may supply the materials needed for the work, on terms set out in the Contract.

6.2 Thanks to partnerships with suppliers, Clients may receive materials at a lower price than buying them individually – details are provided in each quote.

7. Complaints

7.1 The Client has the right to file a complaint regarding completed work during the warranty period.

7.2 Complaints can be submitted by email or phone using the contact details provided on the Website.

7.3 The Contractor handles complaints within 14 days of submission.

8. Personal Data

Rules for processing Clients' personal data are set out separately in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code.

9.2 The Contractor reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always published on the Website.

9.3 Any disputes will be settled by the court with jurisdiction over the Contractor's registered office, unless the law provides otherwise.
